How do you help your kids with big feelings?

So often, parents are just expected to have it all together – to know all the answers, and have all the right tricks to help kids with big feelings.

But chances are, if you’re human and here in 2025, you’re wondering why this is. Because nobody gave you a manual. Or a guidebook. And handling big feelings of your own is hard enough, let alone trying to help your kids manage theirs. But starting to model healthier coping strategies is a step towards everyone having better mental health in the future.

And so for that reason, we are relaunching this winter, with new resources, new printables and eventually, new courses! Previously, the focus was just on providing mental health training. This has evolved into giving you tools to use at home, to reach for whenever you need them, alongside being able to book bespoke support sessions to talk things through and give yourself the support needed to keep pouring into your family.

Supporting families with their well-being is really important to us – because starting with a solid foundation helps to carve the way for a smoother path ahead. If you can have simple to understand, easy to use tools to help you support your children with their feelings, to give them the words to understand their emotions, you can build connections that last, that underpin healthier ways to deal with the ups and downs that life will hold.
